Terms of Use

Last Updated: July 15, 2026

Thank you for participating with BrightHarbor Foundation. These terms of use define the guidelines for browsing our public website and using our supporter digital portal.

1. Supporter Code of Conduct

We request that all volunteers and coordinators treat local communities and fellow coordinators with empathy, compassion, and respect.

We reserve the right to remove any volunteer profile from our listings if coordinate activities violate our basic standards of trust or cause distress to local families.

2. Supporter Accounts

When creating an account in our portal, you are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your verification settings. Please choose a strong security password and do not share access with others.

We reserve the right to pause accounts that show suspicious activity until we verify security parameters directly with the account owner.

3. Integrity of Contributions

By contributing, you represent that the funds used are from legal and valid personal sources. All online contributions will be acknowledged with a digital invoice receipt sent directly to the email associated with your supporter login.

4. Portal Access Restrictions

You agree not to bypass security screens, distribute malicious files, or copy website profiles to other platforms without the express approval of BrightHarbor coordinators.

All community photos and field reports remain the intellectual property of BrightHarbor Foundation and the respective community partners.
